Indianapolis Airport Authority

Retained to develop the Disadvantaged Business Program for the new Midfield Terminal construction project that yielded nearly $250M in contracts to over 200 DBEs. Also retained by the Authority to conduct a Workforce Impact Analysis to determine the long-term availability of construction labor and to recommend methods to mitigate potential labor shortages.

United Way of Central Indiana

Retained to assist in completing the United Way of Central Indiana Community Assessment. Provided “Chapter Management” services for the project in the topical areas of Housing Affordability and Availability, and Community Preparedness.

AIDSERVE, Inc.

Retained by AIDSERVE, Inc., and the Indiana State Department of Health to complete the Indiana Statewide HIV/AIDS Housing Needs Assessment, Capacity Building, and Strategic Planning Project. Developed tools to assess regional and organizational housing and development resources and coordinated the completion of assessments at the local level.

Indiana Coalition for Housing and Homeless Issues

​Contracted as a technical assistance provider under a program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Provided consulting services to the Cities of Gary and East Chicago, Indiana, to assist in the development of a comprehensive continuum of care strategy for the homeless population.

Community Transportation Solutions, Inc.

​Retained to assist CTS (a joint venture of De Leuw, Cather & Company; Beam, Longest and Neff, Inc.; Haworth, Meyer, & Boleyn, Inc.) in the completion of the Ohio River Bridges Environmental Impact Statement, with an emphasis on community and economic development issues. Provided technical assistance in the assessment and description of socio-economic characteristics in the Kentucky/Indiana project region.
