She has led portfolio oversight for affordable housing initiatives, guided strategic planning for nonprofits and public agencies, and partnered with leadership teams navigating periods of growth and transition. Her work bridges public and private sector experience, with a steady emphasis on practical execution.
Elizabeth's approach is grounded, collaborative, and direct. Clients describe her as a trusted partner — equally comfortable with capital structures, board conversations, and the day-to-day realities of community-serving work.
